Slimes are packaged in leak proof tubs and shipped in padded envelopes or boxes (dependant on quantity ordered).
Slime can be affected by the temperatures its exposed to during transit therefore it should be expected that it may arrive a little sticky or tough after leaving us. If this occurs we are here to help repair the slime back to its original state!
When you receive your slime we advise poking it with a finger before removing it from the container to ensure it is not melted to prevent it sticking to hands, clothes or furniture. If its sticky; please use activator prior to use by following the slime care sheet provided.​

Don’t forget to close it back in it’s container when your done so it doesn't dry out.
